Virtual mode

Wherever you are, the virtual mode of the RIDE ALS Quebec will allow you to travel the roads and bike paths across our province to help Quebec families affected by ALS.

How to participated?

• Plan your bike ride (or rides!) at the time and place of your choice throughout the summer of 2024.
  • Challenge yourself! Ride a total of 50, 100, 300 or 500 kms and encourage your friends and family to support you in your fundraising efforts
• Wear your official Ride jersey of the event;
• Take a picture/video of you and/or your team and share it:
  • On your own Facebook page, by tagging us @SLA_ALS_Quebec with the hashtag #RideALSQuebec
  • By email: jgaudreault@sla-quebec

** You can also plan your bike ride in your area at the same time as the official weekend of the event, August 17-18, 2024. We will share photos and videos on our social networks to give you a unique experience and show that we are all united to strike out ALS.
