Rules and regulations
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE 6H EN COEUR RULES.
GENERAL RULES
- Each participant must pay the registration fee for both the face-to-face and virtual formats (except for those aged 17 and under).
- The 6H En Coeur can be run as a team or as an individual.
- All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No tax receipts are issued for registration (donations only).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE IN-PERSON SEGMENT
1. wear your bib at the front.
2. Wait for your colleague after the arch for the relay. When running in a team relay, ensure that the relay takes place once you have passed the arch. The person starting the relay should not do so before the arch, but after it!
3. The distances covered by each team member will be added together to total the distance covered by the team (approximately 2.2 km for Montreal and Quebec City).
4. At least one team member must be on the course for the duration of the challenge.
An official photo will be taken at the 9 a.m. start, so make sure you're ready at the signal.
