REGISTRATIONS
My registration is not working, why ?
Please note that the site works best with Explorer or Firefox browsers.
Please respect the 30-minute deadline to complete your registration.

Why can't I register more than two adults?
Each adult must have an account on the platform to collect donations.
What is the registration fee?
- Remote segment: $25 / participant
- In-person (all cities): $55 / participant
- Free for children 17 and under
Can I participate individually?
Yes, you can.
Why isn't my e-mail address accepted?
This means that an account is already associated with this address. Please connect to this account rather than creating a new one.
How do I join a team?
Consult the registration guide in the toolbox.
How many members can I have on my team?
A team can have up to 6 adults. Beyond that, create sub-teams (e.g. Fondation En Coeur - Team #1, etc.). Children can be included without restriction.
If a member of my team withdraws, is the fee refundable?
No, registrations are non-refundable.
What are the registration deadlines?
- Remote segment: May 21th, 2026 (last-day registration must be completed on the same day)
- Montreal (in person): May 7th, 2026
- Quebec City (in person): May 21st, 2026
Is registration free for children?
Yes, for those aged 17 and under.
Can I get a tax receipt for my registration?
No, but receipts can be provided for donations.

THE EVENT
Is fundraising mandatory?
No, but it is encouraged. If you do not reach your goal, you are not required to pay the difference.
How do I submit the amounts collected in cash?

Is there a distance to cover?
No, you do what you can for 6 hours. For the virtual segment, the activity can be spread over a week.
Is physical activity compulsory?
Yes, to accumulate your hours.
Do I have to do the same activity every day in the remote formula?
No, you can vary your activities.
How do I calculate my virtual remote hours?
Go to the Toolbox tab or join the “6H En Coeur” challenge on Strava.
What are the hours the start times for face-to-face events?
- Montreal: May 9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Quebec City: May 23, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Can I take part in the event even if I'm not in Quebec City or Montreal?
Yes, by choosing the remote segment between May 9th and the 23th, 2026.
Are there any prizes to be won?
Yes, prizes will be drawn among all participants (face-to-face and virtual).
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, on a leash.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes.
Can I bring a tent or a parasol?
Yes, it is possible to bring your own tent or parasol. However, please note that they cannot represent a business. The tent must also have a maximum size of 10' x 10', and you will not be allowed to anchor it to the ground. Therefore, please make sure to bring sandbags.
