Please note that this is a donation form and not a registration form for the activities of the federation. No refund will be possible once the transaction is finalized.
Payment will go through on the same date each month. You can cancel your commitment at any time by sending us an email at sports@sportsquebec.com. We will process the request within 24 business hours of receiving your email.
For all monthly donations made during the year totaling $25 or more, SPORTSQUÉBEC will issue a receipt in February following the year in which the monthly donations were received.
