Please note that this is a donation form and not a registration form for the activities of the organization.
Under no circumstances may the donation be directed to a specific athlete.
No refund will be possible once the transaction is finalized.

An official donation receipt will be issued for any donation of $ 25 or more.

Any donation of $25 or more will allow the federation to benefit from matching funds from the Placements Sports & Loisirs' program. For example, a donation of $100 will bring $540 to the federation.

Donation amount

I acknowledge that this donation will not bring me any benefit or benefit any member of my family or anyone related to me under the tax laws, directly or indirectly. I accept that my donation will be used for the functioning of the federation.
