Any donation of $25 or more will allow the federation to benefit from matching funds from the governement Placements Sports & Loisirs' program.
I acknowledge that this donation will not bring me any benefit or benefit any member of my family or anyone related to me under the tax laws, directly or indirectly. I accept that my donation will be used for the functioning of the federation.
  

Furthermore, I confirm that this donation is not binding; nor will it reduce, directly or indirectly, any obligation that I (or any related parties) may have for training expenses, program expenses, travel expenses, or other similar expenses with the recipient sporting organization or any of its affiliated organizations.
