Hello Everyone!
For the 3rd year in a row, I am proud to be participating in the Walk for Alzheimers. As many of you know, we lost our mom to Alzheimers on November 4, 2021. This was and is probably the saddest day of my life. They say that time heals all wounds but not a day goes by that I don't think of her and wish she were still around to hold my hand and just be my Mom...
I am doing this walk in my mom’s memory because I know that she would be proud to know that we are doing what we can to help others in the same situation. Last year we raised $13 035 and we hope to reach our goal of $10000. Can we do this? Damn right WE CAN! Please join us in making this happen!
Thank you for supporting us in raising awareness and funds that will make a difference in the lives of people living with dementia, their caregivers and their families.
Sally's Kidds is ready for the challenge of this campaign. We are participating in the Walk for Alzheimer's in Montreal to raise funds on behalf of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal, so they can meet growing demand for essential programs and services.
Regardless of the amount of the donation (even if they involve cents and trigger my OCD!), it will help make a real difference in the lives of people living with dementia and their families!
Thank you for being part of this journey. It is an honour to be doing this with you all!
