Help me help Phil kick ALS!

Phil started having issues with one of his arms a few years ago. He noticed he was having trouble chopping wood. He went to see a doctor who told him what nobody wants to hear 'You have ALS". This has been the worst thing our family has ever faced. It's so hard to accept this horrible diagnosis and my beautiful brother's condition.

Phil hopes his fundraising will erase those words "you have ALS" for our children and grandchildren and hey maybe even much sooner!

Money raised goes to research so Dr. Genge and her incredible team at the Montreal Neurological Institute can continue their trials and research. Patients from all over Canada are treated at the Neuro, in fact I know people from PEI who travel to Montreal for treatment.

There have been major advances recently that have led to reversing some symptoms of a type of ALS (not Phil's unfortunately) but this is HUGE news!

In the above photo Phil is carrying me (shortly after he and my dad and brothers threw me in a pool). That was a wonderful time, when my brother was strong. Now it's my turn to help carry my brother. Please help me carry my brother through this....every donation gives us all a bit more strength and hope to find that cure.
