20 DAYS OF CHALLENGES FOR THE AUGUSTINIANS
For 20 days, at the same time each day, the Augustinians will take up the challenge of walking outside for one hour in order to show their support for healthcare workers and caregivers who they admiringly refer to as their natural successors. The Augustinians are banding together to start their Compassion Movement.
From June 15 to July 4, at 11 a.m., they will walk to support these frontline workers who offer essential services. Watch them in action rain or shine!
The history of the Augustinian Sisters is a lesson in humanity. Through the courage and tenacity of these formerly cloistered, pioneering women, the community’s values permeated our society: compassion for human suffering, respect for the individual, and offer healthcare on the cutting edge of science.
