Information:
The ticket includes dinner, beverages, and access to all evening activities, including outdoor games, a presentation of the FQSA’s ongoing scientific projects, and the screening of the documentary “What If We Listened to the Salmon”.
For dinner, we will be serving a tender and flavorful porchetta accompanied by a spring potato salad and a fresh fennel salad, served with homemade focaccia (contains gluten), followed by a rhubarb sponge cake (contains gluten). A gluten-free option will also be available, served with vanilla ice cream and rhubarb.
