Virtual IRCM Challenge - Useful informations
In 2021, the IRCM Challenge remains virtual!
The IRCM Foundation and Manuvie come together for a great cause. Between October 9 and 24, whether you are in Montreal or elsewhere, run, walk, cycle, move for the IRCM Challenge!
How does a virtual Challenge work?
Complete your route wherever you want and at the time of your choice, while respecting the public health guidelines.
Step 1 Register for the activity of your choice by clicking here
- 42 km run
- 21 km run
- 10 km walk or run
- 5 km walk or run
- 30 km bike
- 100 km bike
Customized challenge | sport activity and distance are up to the participants
Step 2 Make the 2021 edition a virtual success!
Take a photo of yourself and share it!
Make sure your bib is visible and post your photo on social media using #ChallengeIRCM #ManuvieIRCM
Step 3 Time your Challenge!
Download the It's your race application from the App Store or Google Play Store.
It will measure the distance you have run and your time result. When your run is completed, the app will enter your time directly into the IRCM Challenge results page of the app and on the Chrono900 online platform.
- In the It's your race application, click on the Chrono button on the home page and then log in using the same mobile phone number or email address you provided when you registered for the IRCM Challenge. A 6-digit code will be sent to you (by text message or email) to finalize your registration. The application will automatically link your profile to the 2021 IRCM Challenge event.
- Once this step is completed, your participant profile will be displayed. You will have to click on the Let's go button, then Start, and finally begin your activity.
NB. With the exception of the corporate challenges, which will compile several races to reach a predetermined distance, you will only be able to complete your race once. It will not be possible to restart it.
Prefer to use your own application to record the results of your IRCM Challenge?
You can enter your results manually on the Chrono900 results platform.
All participants will be able to collect their kits on October 7 and 8 at the IRCM.
A more precise schedules will be communicated to participants.
The runner's kit includes :
- A bib
- An official 2021 IRCM Challenge jersey
- A certificate of achievement for all children aged 12 and under
The IRCM Challenge in virtual mode allows tax receipts to be issued for each registration, at an equal value to the registrations fees. They will be sent to the participant at the end of the IRCM Challenge.
The IRCM Challenge is first and foremost a fundraising activity.
