Whether you wish to honour someone dear to you or show your gratitude to a CHUM health professional, a tribute
donation will be deeply appreciated by the person recognized and by La Fondation. It is a tactful gesture of appreciation
and thanks to someone. When you make a tribute donation, La Fondation sends a letter to the person you are honouring.
Be assured, however, that we will never disclose the amount of your gift (unless you instruct us otherwise).
